Store Rules

1. One person, one account

Use your real name and a single account. Multiple accounts used to abuse promotions, evade a suspension or hide fraudulent payments may all be suspended.

2. Pay only through the site

Deposit only to the bank or crypto details displayed in your wallet or on the Add funds page. Never send money to an account someone sends you on Telegram or WhatsApp. An administrator will never ask for your password, OTP or card PIN.

3. Deposits

• Enter the exact amount you sent and, when possible, the transaction hash or bank reference.
• A deposit is credited after verification. Fake proofs, reused proofs or edited screenshots lead to refusal and may close the account.
• Deposits from third parties may be refused or delayed until ownership is clarified.

4. Orders and codes

• Check the product description, duration and conditions before buying.
• A code or credential is personal. Do not share it, publish it or resell it unless the product explicitly allows resale.
• Once a code is displayed, it is considered delivered. If it does not work, contact support with the order reference and a screenshot of the error; we will investigate with the supplier.
• For manual products, provide the information the team needs (account email, username or any field requested). Missing information delays delivery.

5. Refunds and disputes

• If a product cannot be delivered, the amount is refunded to your wallet.
• A manual order that is not delivered within the configured delay is refunded automatically.
• A refund is final for that order. You cannot keep the delivered content and obtain a refund for the same order.
• Contact support within 7 days of the order if you believe a delivery is incorrect.

6. Fair use

• Do not overload, scrape or probe the site, its API or its security.
• Do not use automated tools to create accounts, buy limited stock or bypass rate limits.
• Do not upload illegal, hateful or malware content through any form.
• Do not impersonate Demmy Plug, its staff or another customer.

7. Product-specific rules

Streaming subscriptions, gift cards, virtual numbers, social media services and Telegram members may have their own conditions (region, device, duration, renewal). Read the product page. A product that requires a specific region or device may not work if your account or device does not meet those conditions.

8. Enforcement

We may refuse a deposit, cancel an order, suspend a wallet or close an account when these rules are broken. Where possible, we explain the reason and allow you to respond. Serious fraud may be reported to the competent authorities.
